We guarantee that the links you purchase will go live. If a publisher rejects a placement for any reason, we will source a replacement of equal or greater value (based on metrics like DA/DR or Traffic) at no additional cost to you.

Quality Standards

All sites in our network are vetted for:

• Active indexation status.
• Organic traffic trends.
• Link profile health.
• Niche relevancy. We reserve the right to reject any target URL or anchor text that we deem "spammy," illegal, or harmful to our publisher relationships.

Content Creation

Unless otherwise agreed, our team or the publisher’s team handles content creation to ensure it meets the editorial standards of the host site.

Editorial Discretion

Publishers have final say over the content and may make minor edits to ensure the article fits their audience. This includes the right to tweak anchor text for better natural flow.

Payment Terms

All Services are pre-paid. Work begins only after payment has been successfully processed.

Subscriptions

Monthly recurring services are billed every 30 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation must be requested at least [3 days] before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

General Policy

All content created for you becomes your property upon final payment and delivery, with the exception of the hosting rights on the third-party publisher's website. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your brand name or logo in our portfolio/case studies unless you explicitly opt-out in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NicheBacklink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data) arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
